LDCM, Inc. was formed in 1993 as the general partner of a family limited partnership. Over the years, the team has developed and constructed a variety of real estate types (apartments, self-storage, retail strip centers, commercial and residential subdivisions, light industrial and various real estate related businesses).

On the real estate brokerage side, our principal broker has been involved in both residential and commercial real estate brokerage since 1978.

We have a very active core team that knows how to navigate the vagaries of the real estate marketplace.
